Blocking the Runway: Jean-Charles de Castelbajac's LEGO Catwalk Show

lego_fashion_show.jpg

Okay, okay—so there's a chance you've seen this already. But face it, there was simply no chance in hell we wouldn't post about Jean-Charles de Castelbajac's ummmbelievable digitally created LEGO runway show for spring/summer 3001. From the almost two-dimensional designs on the strangely alluring Mini-Figure models to the yellow-faced Anna Wintour simulacrum, it's colorful, ingenious, and damn near perfectly executed. If someone can promise us that in the year 3001 all fashion shows will be similarly cheery LEGO parades, then we're going to quit eating red meat, buy some Omega-3 pills, and try our darnedest to live another millennium.
