Pop Up Alert: Cult Fave Obesity & Speed Brings A Teenager's Bedroom to Earnest Sewn

Obesity & Speed makes the kind of effortlessly slouchy, cool, cult-y tees that downtown girls like Agyness Deyn and Isabelle McNally wear from bedroom to nightclub, which seems all the more appropriate that their new Earnest Sewn pop-up shop will be modeled after a typical teenager's bedroom. Called All We Ever Wanted (reminds us of an Early November song we once liked back when we were teenagers...that band name pretty much says it all), the pop-up will only be there for 10 weeks, and will house one-of-a-kind, limited edition items like tote bags, stickers, tees, and tanks. Now fans of the DIY-ish label can stop by the Meatpacking and pick up an extra tee for the night easily...and wear it well into the morning hours. Starting July 1st; Earnest Sewn Flagship Store, 821 Washington St.; (212)-242-3414.
