Leave it to those clever Brits to whip up a 2009 cheat sheet of what we'll all inevitably be obsessing about in the coming year. Among our favorite predictions: Dr. Dre's return with a new album, Emily Blunt (Love Her!), Croatia's latest status as the new Ibiza and L.A.'s as the new New York, a 9-year old's wisdom on how to talk to girls, and the new new new It Girls Coco Sumner and Georgia Jagger.
