Inside Vogue's Sally Singer's Boho Chelsea Hotel Pad: Lots of Shoes and Cute Fuzzy Things

The Chelsea Hotel is an iconic, storied little place in New York—it's where Andy directed his 1966 film The Chelsea Girls, where Leonard Cohen wrote a love ballad, and where Jack Kerouac penned On the Road. We get so nostalgic and fuzzy thinking about it that when The Selby broke into the bohemian den of hip to photograph resident and Voguette Sally Singer there, we almost tripped over our DSL wires to get a good look. While she unsurprisingly has a very large stack of shoes, what we were more interested in were all the knick-knacks: A little lego house, creepy-cute Ugly dolls, and a gorgeous Persian kitty. Who would've thunk it? (The Selby)
