Just the other day we were all comparing notes about our various spelling problems— most of us agreed that due to Spell Check, we're sometimes completely oblivious to some of our own linguistic fumbles. Turns out, our inability to consider those childhood adages like "i before e, except after c" might score us some awesome bargain finds on Ebay. Sites like Typo Bay and Typo Buddy help Ebayers and Craigslisters search for misspelled brand names: think Manolo Blahnicks instead of Manolo Blahnik. Idea being, of course, that because these items don't appear in most search results, there'll be fewer bidders, and as a result, lower selling prices. Pretty logical - and brilliant! Though we figure we can misspell things all on our own, no handy dandy website needed.
