This week, one of our favorite sites, The Huffington Post, debuted its long-awaited Style section. As expected from a website with such a striking figurehead—Mrs. Huffington is well-known for her penchant for well-cut business suits and oversized pearls—it's an impressive collection of aesthetic obsessions, trends both considerable and risible, and lifestyle curiosities. Already, articles have included musings on the bowl cut, topless sunbathing, recession-proof beauty tips, and "Faux Lesbianism—A Look Back." It's politics of vanity...literally. (Huffington Post)
