We just received a mass release about this exhibition of fashion, film, and television headdresses at Dover Street Market designed by Wright & Teague, and it got us to thinking—even if they're not terribly practical—we're into them. Piera, our style director, attended a wedding in Saugerties this past weekend, and lo and behold, the bride was wearing a gold satin dress topped by a glorious custom-made feather headdress. Coincidence? Perhaps, but more likely full-on peacock-proud variations will be popping up more and more in the coming months. At least, we sure hope so.
